My elderly mother was hit by a car and taken to a care facility. We needed a Power of Attorney in order to manage things for her. Naz agreed to meet us at the care facility. The first time we had the wrong paperwork. The second time my mom was sleeping and we didn't want to wake her. She came the third time (to a different facility across town) and sat with my mom, visited with her and brought her flowers! She really cares, this isn't just a job to her. She didn't even charge us for the additional trips. What a blessing to us during what simply was the toughest time of my life. Naz was very knowledgeable about everything. She made the toughest task of making arrangements for my mom pleasant and bearable. There are still good people in the world, Naz is one of them!
