Apostilles Now is committed to providing you the very best customer service.

1. We provide expedited nationwide document processing and apostilles, with reliable, expedient, and confidential service.

2. While we make every effort to verify that your documents are within the guidelines required for processing by the appropriate government agencies and/or embassies in the US for legalization, please remember:

a) Before submitting your documents to us for processing, you should independently verify with your requesting agency the specific requirements and acceptable formats for all your documents.

b) You are responsible for the specific document requirements by your requesting party.

c) We are not responsible for documents rejected by your accepting agency for such things as incorrect versions, out of date range, or for any other reason a document is rejected by your requesting agency.

3. We are not attorneys and are prohibited by law from giving legal advice.

We cannot provide you with legal advice regarding your documents; please consult with an attorney for all legal questions and issues.

a) All notarized documents must have proper notarial wording and adhere to the respective state notary guidelines, rules, and laws.

b) All notarized documents must bear the original signatures of all parties whose signatures are being notarized; copies will be rejected.

c) Signature and stamp/seal of the notary must be original; copies will be rejected. Notarizations must be compliant with all applicable statutes, and civil/government codes and laws.

4. Payment must be made at the time of service, when the order is placed.

a) Orders will be processed once payment is received.

b) Dishonored checks will result in a $50.00 Fee, and will result in delaying document delivery, until full payment is complete. We reserve the right to limit form of payment to cashier’s check or money order if necessary.

c) No document will be released without full payment for services.

5. There are no refunds. Once we receive your payment and document(s), they are in process.

6. We are not responsible for delays, loss or destruction of documents while in custody of any government agency, consulate, or embassy, or 3rd party courier service, regardless of the reason.

7. While we work very hard to successfully process your transaction(s) in a timely, smooth manner, we are not responsible for documents delayed, lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, while in custody of any 3rd party courier or delivery service, regardless of who created the airbill, or how it was generated (commercial, personal, etc.)

a) We assume no liability for inaccurate addresses or otherwise defunct or undeliverable destinations, regardless of the reason. This includes weekends, holidays, extreme weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemics, or wars.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to provide accurate destination information. If there are special delivery requirements or instructions, ie; delivery signatures required, gate or entry codes, or businesses available to receive packages on a limited schedule, the user must specify when placing the order. If additional delivery attempts must be made, user is responsible for additional delivery fees.

b)Documents not returned to you or otherwise lost or destroyed in transit carries a maximum $100 cumulative total loss liability. We are not responsible for courier and/or postal service loss, damage or destroyed documents beyond the liability that is covered by the courier service.

c) We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees. We have no control or liability relating to domestic or foreign governments’ processes for sending or receiving packages. The recipient must manage and respond to all delivery requests for information and or fees, regardless of who created the airbill, or how it was generated (commercial, personal, etc.)

d) It is strongly recommended that you always have a backup copy of your documents, and that you send orders with tracking.

8. We will make every effort to contact you if an order is returned or otherwise not deliverable. Any undeliverable or unclaimed orders returned to us for any reason, will be destroyed after 30 days.

Apostilles Now does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent.  If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system’s database.  Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website.

Unsubscribe or Opt-Out

All users and/or visitors to our website have the option to discontinue receiving communication from us and/or reserve the right to discontinue receiving communications by way of email or newsletters. To discontinue or unsubscribe to our website please send an email that you wish to unsubscribe to hello@apostillesnow.com. If you wish to unsubscribe or opt-out from any third party websites, you must go to that specific website to unsubscribe and/or opt-out.

Apostilles Now reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website homepage at apostillesnow.com so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information. Apostilles Now is not responsible for documents  lost or missing before, during, or after  the performance of services . Reasonable care is used in the facilitation of authentication, legalization, translation, and other services. We must submit documents to third party providers for processing, as well as state and federal agencies. We also use third party carriers for delivery. Third party providers’ delivery times are considered reliable, but they are not guaranteed. Apostilles Now assumes no liability for late, missing or lost documents by Apostilles Now or any third party provider we use. 

Acceptance of Terms

Through the use of this website, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated in the aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement.  If you are not in agreement with our terms and conditions, then you should refrain from further use of our sites.  In addition, your continued use of our website following the posting of any updates or changes to our terms and conditions shall mean that you are in agreement and acceptance of such changes.
